"Warranty help was surprisingly easy"
My speaker started having issues, so I reached out about the warranty. Since it was still covered, they fixed it quickly and I didn’t have to deal with any hassle.

"Showed up faster than I expected"
I ordered from bang-olufsen.com the whole delivery process just felt easy. I was getting email updates along the way, and my gut told me it was probably going to arrive on time, but it actually came a day early. The box looked fine when it showed up too, no dents or anything weird. Overall, no complaints at all, I’m happy with how it went.

"Nice TV, a little slow here and there"
Looks really good and works fine overall. Some apps can lag a bit sometimes, but it’s not a huge deal.

"Support felt a bit too hands-off"
I reached out about an issue with my headphones, and it took longer than I expected to get a straight answer. Everyone was polite once I finally got a response, but I had to follow up a couple of times, which was annoying. The biggest thing for me was the lack of real human contact — it felt like I was stuck going through automated replies instead of actually talking to someone. Not the worst experience, but definitely not great either.

"I really liked how these earbuds sounded..."
I really liked how these earbuds sounded at first. The audio was clear and better than I expected, maybe even better than some others I’ve tried, but... after a few months, one side just stopped working. Disappointing because I was enjoying them up to that point.

"Great sound, a little expensive"
Got this from Bang & Olufsen and the sound is really solid. Vocals are clear, bass is just right, and it still sounds full at lower volume. Setup was fine, though the app could be smoother. It’s pricey, so I’d probably give it 4 stars, but I’m still happy with it

"Comfy after a little trial and error"
I really like how these feel now, but it took me a couple tries to get there. I had to swap the ear tips twice before I found the right fit. Once I did, they were comfortable and felt good to wear.

"Nice clean design, just not totally perfect"
I really like the look of it. The design is clean, really clean, and it fits in with my room way better than I expected. The buttons feel nice too, which is a small thing but it does make a difference. It does feel a little pricey for what it is, but overall I’m still happy with it...

"To be fair, the sound quality..."
To be fair, the sound quality is actually nice when it works. But it drops the connection way too often, which gets frustrating fast. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect something like this to stay connected consistently.

"Great noise cancelling, especially when I need some peace"
I bought these mostly for traveling, they’ve been a little mood-saver. When I’m tired or just not in the mood to deal with train noise or office chatter, the noise cancelling really helps calm things down. It’s not complete silence, but it gets close enough that I can relax or focus. The app confused me a bit at first, which was kind of annoying, but once I figured it out, everything was fine.

"Feels premium and worth it to me"
I bought this from bang-olufsen.com the build quality really impressed me. It has that solid, weighty feel without feeling bulky, and the buttons have a nice firm click to them. Nothing about it feels cheap or plasticky, and even the little details seem really well thought out. I’ve been using it every day and it still looks and feels basically new. It’s definitely pricey, but in my opinion, the quality makes it feel justified.

"Battery lasts about as well as I hoped"
I bought my B&O headphones mostly for traveling, and the battery life has been better than I expected. I use them around most days and still don’t have to charge them very often. Even after a long flight, they had plenty of battery left. Charging is quick too, so overall I’m really happy with them so far.

"Pricey, but honestly solid"
Definitely not the cheapest option out there, but the sound is great and the build feels really sturdy. If you actually care about quality, it feels like a fair deal. I mean, compared to some of the cheaper ones I’ve tried...

"Setup was kind of a pain tbh"
It took me way longer than expected to get it connected properly. I kept thinking I had it, then nope... had to mess with it again. Once it finally worked it was fine, but the setup was annoying.

"Works well most of the time"
I’ve been using the app regularly and it’s easy to figure out. It works good, well, well, most days, though every now and then it takes a little longer to load than I’d like.
